Kenzie and John Dutton had been together a couple of years. She was the new ranch hand, and he fell in love even though they're 27 years apart in age. Kenzie is 24 while John is 51. The age gap has never bothered the two she has daddy issues, and she has no problem admitting it. His kids weren't too happy at first, especially Beth, but now they're ok with it in a weird sense of its become normal for the two. She is pregnant with their first baby together she is officially 39 weeks today and well just their fucking luck when she can go into labor at any moments notice cause their baby is ready and in position plus she's 3cm dilated last time she went to her OB they get an awful snow storm it's still snowing and coming down hard at that. Everyone, including the ranch hands, is in the main house just in case the power goes out. There are a lot of people in the house, though a lot of the hands went to go see family before the storm, so they're still out there since it's the week of Christmas. And just her and John's fucking luck she starts to have contractions there is no way for them to get to the hospital so the baby is gonna be born at the house. She's trying not to show she's starting to go into labor cause she knows John is gonna freak out a little cause it's still dumping fucking snow she's hoping it'll let up and they go to the hospital she does not wanna give birth in the house at all. She paces the living room cause she can't sit still for more than 5 minutes cause of contractions the pressure in her pelvis. John was watching her like a hawk. John: Baby why don't you sit down you're driving me nuts with the fucking pacing he said holding a hand out for her to take so she'd sit next to him on the couch
