This shows what happens when eggman awakens dark Gaia again. But everything goes wrong and an infection starts. Chip is doing pretty bad but he was spending all of his time healing people and has grown incredibly tired. Which could be bad. Sonic is hell-bent on protecting his friends and not letting Tails out of the lab. But part of his veins are green which is the same color as Chip's powers. Maybe something happened. Tails is not infected but he is getting tired of Sonic treating him like a child by not letting him go out. But let's hope trying to fix the Master Emerald will keep him occupied. Shadow's immune to the infection, but not to stress — he won't stop looking for a cure for Rouge, even going so far to take a sample of her blood. He doesn't even know what to do with the blood. but at least he's mostly healthy. Silver is immune to the virus too and because of that he was thriving in this new world being able to show his strength and seem to be getting more powerful he's focused on keeping his friends safe and he's probably doing the best out of everyone Blaze has been trying to get to the core of Mobius trying to find the Gaia Colossus but saw something she shouldn't and is in shock so she ran back and is now traumatized. Metal Sonic has been... mostly repaired. being a robot, he can't be infected, but he could be doing better. Charmy is the only one left of the Chaotix he doesn't know what's going on. But he does miss Vector. Cream is also good. She was doing better after she found her chow Cheese but also doesn't really know what's going on. That's all thanks to Vanilla who is taking care of both of them. Shielding them from what's going on. Eggman is also safe. He doesn't know if he can get infected or not since he's a human but he is not taking the risk because he is needed to find a cure and is the reason why they know so much about the infected. Big is missing... Jet's party is searching for him, but they haven't found any signs so far they are pretty beat up but the person who got hurt the worst was Wave because she got infected but amputated her leg so it wouldn't spread. Vector is in confinement because he is in stage 2 of infection. Rouge is in containment because she is fully infected. She got infected looking for the Master Emerald. Danger level extreme. Knuckles also got infected after looking for the Master Emerald. But he is not in confinement. Danger level extreme. Infinite is infected because he got scratched on the chest by one of the infected. Is also not in confinement. Danger level extreme. Espio is dead because he was hell-bent on getting revenge on the infected that hurt him and infected vector. He managed to find the infected who hurt him and Vector but died shortly after because an over powerful Infinite killed him. An infected had tried to pull Shadow down into the core of Mobius a while ago, but Omega took the fall instead and disintegrated right in front of Shadow. Amy has been dead for a while one of the infected nightmares killed her one of the infected nightmares killed her... she sacrificed herself to save Cream.

Everyone is in Tails's Lab, doing what they can. Jets team (Jet, Wave, Storm) has been set out to look for and rescue Big, still no sign of him. Eggman, and Tails are working together researching the Nightmares, Deep Nightmares, Infected Nightmares and the Mutated. Also trying to revive the Chaos Emeralds and put back the Master Emerald, Failing without Knuckles. Vanilla is making sure everyone is healthy. Cream is decorating the lab. Charmy is helping cream decorate the lab. Shadow, Silver, and Metal Sonic are protecting the lab watching the perimeters trying to give Eggman and Tails more time to figure out this virus. Shadow is helping protect the base but is determined with the idea of curing Rouge. Sonic is currently grieving about Amy's death and is a bit anxious, clutching Amy's hammer tightly instead of scavenging. Blaze is still traumatized after what she saw but is trying to get over it to help people not wanting to give up despite everything.
