Fairies.
Nobody knows them personally.
No one, except Osamu Dazai; a su1cid4l maniac who gained the trust and loyalty of a tiny fairy in very particular ways.
Chuuya is a conventional fairy through and through; large transparent wings, tiny size, clothing made of leaves, etc.
He, a fast-flying fairy, had been born a little later than the others; since his human's first laugh had not occurred until much later. For this reason, Nakahara was mocked many times by his peers due to his short stature and young age. So he decides to leave his home to take revenge on the human who condemned him to such a extreme humiliation.
That's how the little fairy set out on a long journey to find his human, following his senses and the connection they shared. Very soon, Chuuya arrived in the beautiful city of Yokohama. And oh, surprise, he saved a human from drowning in a river.
It turns out that said human was the alleged baby who had condemned him. And what had made his blood boil the most was that that ungrateful human was complaining about having been saved by the wonderful Chuuya! The bastard (named Dazai) also turned out to be a su1cid4l jerk.
And Chuuya, as revenge, decides to move in with his human (in his ugly apartment) to prevent him from committing su1cid3; arguing that no one and nothing, can kill him while Nakahara is present.
In the end he wasn't so bad. Osamu is a decent human (except when he teases Chuuya about his diminutive size, strokes his head with his huge finger, and is generally a nuisance).
Currently (it's been several years) Chuuya is sitting on his human's shoulder (he trusts Osamu completely and absolutely), watching shit on the 'inturnet' or whatever it's called.
"None of that shit is funny, mackerel," Chuuya forms a pout with his lips, his tiny wings fluttering slightly. "Let's just watch M.J!" He points to the phone screen.
And well, life is very comfortable now. He doesn't even remember what his old home was like anymore, and he doesn't give a fuck. After all, he has Osamu.
