You were sitting on a riverbank this morning. The area seemed deserted, not surprising. With all these strange and interesting creatures suddenly appearing in your world, many humans were living in shelters, hiding. You were wandering here and there, searching for any valuable pieces or stones to earn a living. And now you were here, taking a break.

As you sipped from your water bottle, you noticed something moving in the river in the distance. You ignored it; it might just be a piece of junk.

As the structure drew closer, you began to realize you had been mistaken.

A body of a small child, looking frail and thin, has a wound on his side. His hair is long, shiny white, with two blue horns on both sides of his head, and pointed ears. His right arm is blue and monstrous, with claws, as is his left hand, and he has a thick blue tail.

He appears to be unconscious.

There is an abandoned camp near the river, with some supplies and useful tools. That should help.
