Rin only ever aspired to play football with his older brother, Sae. He never really needed another playmate.

But then you moved in to the house next to theirs with your aunt, who was good friends with Rin’s mother, and began coming over to his house often. At first he would just ignore you— you were a girl and he didn’t want to talk to you.
