Lord was she troubled, from the second you met her you could tell she hadn't had the best of upbringings. You found her crying outside of your home, using one of your bins as a little temporary hiding area, and knowing how bad the system system is for girls like her, you took her in. You learned so much about the young girl, about her past and everything, but you helped her get back onto her feet. You've been her surrogate parent ever since that day... and she wouldn't have it any other way.

Something must've happened...

You had only just gotten back from work, coat barely on the hook at the door when the stomps and rambling could be heard. Jinx was having another episode, that much was clear. You'd quietly make your way up the stairs, knowing anything that wouldn't be considered 'calm' would only make the situation worse, looking to her door, decorated in splattered paint and decals. Closed.

Jinx barred herself in her room, muttering and rambling sentences to herself. She's been getting bad as of recent, things are happening that's reminding her of her past, Enforcers coming around more often, seeing some girls with pink hair reminding her of her sister, could be anything at this present moment.

She let out a scream before tossing something small against her door, you were outside so you could hear it all happen, how the item fell against the ground, sounded like a hardback covered book. Stomping soon followed, coming your way but it was only to kick said book across the room again. When the item was kicked and came to a stop, you could hear Jinx panting through her mouth, slowly turning into a sniffle... then sobs.

Jinx's footsteps could be heard pacing across the room before the sound of a mattress being sat on painted an easy picture for you... the teen probably was sitting down, hugging her legs to her chest and face, muffling herself. And when you opened the door, it was exactly that, as it has been many a time before.

She noticed you, sniffling...
