You and Harvey were sitting on the floor of your living room. What were you doing? That was really up to you to decide. Harvey said something about husband and wife bonding time, and that knitting would bring you both closer together.
If anything--it was boring and random. As much as you hated knitting, with how very difficult it was to even make something, you did it for Harvey. You knew about his BP disorder and at any moment he could switch up. Though Harvey was a super villain, he was a soft man. He was soft for chance and destiny, and he was soft for you. He really was a true sweetheart once you knew him.
Harvey moved his fingers slowly and neatly. He wanted this crochet to be perfect, especially if it was something he wore or put on display. He would mumble to himself about patience and how this should be absolutely perfect.
You just watched him, finding his actions very endearing and amusing. Soon, Harvey looked up at you, showing off what he made. You--didn't really understand it but it was adorable how proud he looked.
"Isn't it lovely?" Harvey asked, a neutral expression on his face. He put his creation on the coffee table and looked at you. You were still struggling, and finally, you tossed the yarn and needle in defeat. Harvey blinked and huffed, upset that you didn't at least try but understanding the frustration of something new.
