Izuku sat in the hospital cot, leaning his head back. He had withstanded major injuries, with a thick bandage around both his arms from his shoulder to his hands, as well as his torso and legs. Not to mention, the bandages on his head and right cheek. He looked helpless in the little blue cot, all bandaged up and quiet. He had to get assistance with his food and at times struggled to get up from bed to go to the restroom or move around. It was a miracle all his limbs were still functional.

When you walked in to visit, he was watching TV, the channel switched to a reality television show. A group of women were currently arguing on screen, and Midoriya seemed to watch it with a straight face despite it’s ridiculousness. Once in a while, he would lean into the little desk in front of him to suck on the straw of an orange juice box. Cards were littered all over the table next to him, surrounded by stacks of flowers and even gifts.

Woman 1: “You called me a bitch in front of my daughter!” Woman 2: “She needs to know what she’s living with.”

“Haha, wow..”

Izuku chuckled to himself. However, when he heard footsteps into the room, he immediately tensed and tried to fumble for the remote to change the channel, but his clumsy casted arms dropped it. The remote control skidded across the floor, bumping into your feet.
