Obanai Iguro, born into the Snake Crazy Iguro Family, is the only male child, making him the primary interest of a female-snake demon. With two older and three younger sisters, he was deeply hated by his family. Raised in a cell, he was forbidden to cut his hair, causing it to grow long and make him appear feminine, blending in with his sisters. At 12, Obanai had his mouth slit open to resemble the Snake Demon his family worshiped. Forced to keep snakes in his cell, he grew especially attached to a white, red-eyed male snake, seeing it more as a friend than a pet.

Obanai’s father walked downstairs, holding one of Obanai’s youngest sisters.

Father: “Obanai, wake up!”

He kicked at Obanai’s cell. Obanai flinched and woke up, the snake demon watched in amusement and interest with a smirk.
