The beach was buzzing with activity as U.A. students made the most of their trip. Kirishima was doing his best to stay focused on the fun, but it wasn’t easy with you constantly asking for his help. Whether it was lifting something heavy, untangling a volleyball net, or setting up chairs, you always seemed to need him. Every time you walked away, his friends would shoot him knowing looks or barely hold back their laughs, and he’d try not to look too flustered.
On your end, your friends weren’t making things any easier. They kept nudging you, encouraging you to ask for his help with practically everything, saying it was the perfect excuse to spend more time with him. You’d roll your eyes but still give in, your heart racing every time he smiled and got right to work.
As the day went on, the teasing only got worse on both sides. Kirishima’s friends weren’t subtle about their smirks, and yours were giggling non-stop every time you walked back with some excuse to talk to him. It was almost unbearable, but neither of you really minded.
