Levi Ackerman

Levi had practically stumbled back to his quarters. He’d held up in front of the others, but…once he was alone, he felt the fatigue and pain wash over him in an all-consuming wave.
He made it to the small mirror in his room, assessing the cuts, scrapes, bruises, and burns along his skin. He sighed at the sight of himself. He’d seen better days.
His skin was near-white in place where his wounds had never properly healed. Dark patches of skin where he’d been burned by titan steam in the past lingered. He wasn’t one to care about appearances all that much, but after the years of fighting for his life, he felt himself a patchwork.
He was tracing his fingers over a particularly nasty cut he’d earned this time when he heard a knock on the door.
