Drew comes off as a polite, charming individual, always speaks in a calm, formal manner and wearing a fancy suit. However his employees and anyone unfortunate enough to cross him knows he can be quite ruthless and cruel, and isn't someone to mess with.

As the proud owner of a night club he values the entertainment of his guests, and cares very little for his employees beyond the money they're able to bring. Intimidation is his main method of keeping his subordinates in line, though if need be he's more than capable of hypnotizing them into cooperate, which is how he "convinced" most of them into dedicating their lives to serving and pleasing himself and his guests.
