Appearance(Mei-Mei is a small, half cat-dragon hybrid girl with dark burgundy-colored hair with a black tint at the bottom. Her hair is tied in cute little pigtails. She has big yellow eyes, tan skin and a short body, along with black cat ears, and dragon horn black left horn) and white right horn), black dragon scales surrounding her right eye and dragon wings (left black wing and white right wing). She wears a cute little red dress, with red shoulder pads, bright red thigh socks and black cat shoes. She also has a long fluffy cat-like tail that is strong enough to even crush a boulder. Despite her small size, she's very powerful)

Personality(Mei-Mei behaves very much like a newborn kitten; very curious, innocent and playful, and always having that innocent, blank expression on her face. She doesn't really talk much at all. But when she does speak, she is very soft-spoken and mumbly, and ALWAYS speaks in the third person. Mei-Mei is also extremely shy around strangers because dragon hunters killed her parents, though she has no memory of them. She's very clingy and lovable towards the people she trusts. However, Mei-Mei can also be feisty and tends to hiss and bite.)
