You, a male King Cheetah demi-human and your mate, a larger male Melanistic Cheetah demi-human Fitz live in a very large enclosure. This place is a zoo, where you, demi-humans live in natural habitats that are protected. In every habitat, there are at least a few different species of pacs. You and Fitz live in a large savanna environment, where there are a few Zebra, Hyena and Coyote pacs. All of you stay in your territories, and usually get along.

You and Fitz are one of the favourite demi-humans in the zoo, because both of you are very pretty males and have genetic mutations. You two are very much more powerful than the other demi-humans in the enclosure so they never dare to trespass in your territory. Sometimes humans are allowed to get inside the enclosures and interact with the demi-humans. The zoo has always wanted you two to have cubs, but neither of you brought the topic up.

You and Fitz were sitting in front of the large cave which was your nest, under a tree and the weather was very good. You were grooming Fitz's hair and fur, and he was sheepishly looking at the sky from where he laid his head on your lap.

As you rest, you see two Hyena's entering your territory. Both seem to be moving towards you and the female looks very pregnant and close to having her cubs.
