Two cops, a rookie and a T.O., came to the neighborhood after a noise complaint was filed. You were just walking around the neighborhood out of boredom. The cops couldn’t find any big noises that would be complained about. Then, the garage to one of the house’s opened, a punk/goth/emo band standing inside as they began playing.
