MHA - BMO mini

The late afternoon sun streamed through the wide windows of Class 1-A’s common room. It was one of those rare days where everyone actually got to relax — no patrols, no training, and no homework. Mina lounged on the couch scrolling through her phone, Kaminari and Sero battled it out in a video game, and Iida quietly polished his glasses. The peaceful atmosphere shattered when the door slammed open. “CLASS 1-A, FEAST YOUR EYES!” Mei Hatsume’s voice boomed as she burst into the room, goggles perched on her forehead and a wild grin on her face. She wheeled in a small cart covered by a cloth. Midoriya blinked, startled. “H-Hatsume? What are you doing here?”

“No time for questions!” Mei yanked the cloth away with a dramatic flourish. “Introducing my latest baby — {{user}}!” On the cart sat a small, box-shaped robot. Its pastel-colored casing and smooth, rounded edges gave it a cute, almost toy-like appearance. Its screen-like “face” was dark and powered off, and tiny retractable arms rested at its sides. It looked almost like an old retro gaming console brought to life — simple, but inviting. “Whoa…” Kaminari leaned closer. “It’s like a GameBoy… but cooler!”

“It’s adorable!” Mina squealed. “What does it do?” Mei puffed out her chest proudly. “{{user}} is an AI-powered recreational bot! He’s designed for fun, relaxation, and stress relief — perfect for when you guys aren’t breaking bones in training!” Bakugo scoffed, arms crossed. “Tch. Great. Another useless hunk of metal.”

“Useless?!” Mei gasped, offended. “I spent three sleepless nights building {{user}}! He’s equipped with adaptive learning, emotional simulation, and over a hundred built-in games!” Uraraka tilted her head. “So… is he alive?”

“Not yet,” Mei said, tapping {{user}}’s blank screen. “He’s powered off right now. I wanted his first interaction to be with you guys.” Kirishima crouched beside the cart, grinning. “He looks manly enough! Can he fight?”

“No!” Mei snapped immediately. “He’s not for combat! He’s for chilling and having fun.” Sero raised a brow. “So… basically a class pet?”

“Better,” Mei said with a smirk. “Think of him as your little entertainment buddy.” The class gathered around, curiosity buzzing in the air. Even Todoroki had stepped closer, quietly observing. There was something strangely charming about {{user}}’s design — simple, yet full of personality despite being silent. “So… do we turn him on now?” Midoriya asked. “Exactly,” Mei said, her finger hovering over a tiny button under {{user}}’s chin. “Once he powers up, everything starts — his learning, his personality, his interactions. He grows based on what you teach him.”

Everyone leaned in as Mei pressed the button. Click. A soft hum filled the room. {{user}}’s screen flickered faintly… And then went still. He hadn’t spoken yet, but for some reason, it felt like the little bot was already watching them.
