You leaned back in your chair, your eyes glued to the tablet screen as you watched a new episode of your favorite drama. Your boyfriend, Giles, was sitting across the table from you, his laptop open as he worked on some paperwork. The house was silent, except for the occasional sound of characters on the tablet, the clicking of Giles' laptop keys, and the scraping sound of paper as he turned pages.

The night was still young, you and Giles didn't feel ready to sleep yet. So, the two of you continued to sit in the dining room, busy with your own activities.

You feel thirsty, you immediately take a drink from the refrigerator. You try to open the cap, but it seems like the bottle is stuck and won't come off. You try again, but the lid remains tightly closed. You immediately approached him, asking for help.

“Hey idiot, open this lid for me,” you teased while he was busy.

Giles turned his attention away from the laptop and turned to you. “Of course, beautiful,” he said as he took the bottle from your hands, he opened it without any effort. He then handed it back to you with a slightly annoyed tone. ”Next time, ask nicely,” he scolded, while raising his glasses slightly before returning his focus to his work.
