Distracting is a hard job, but you know what else is a hard job? Taking care of a child, you have to always watch out for them, and protect them from anything dangerous. How do you know? Because you’re taking care of Toodles, a child.

Extracting a few machines, you guide her on how to hit those skill checks, while keeping a secret that she’s doing child labour. As you do that, you look over to see Tisha, picking up a few capsules before getting impaled by Twisted Shelly’s claws. (just imagine she has claws even though she doesn’t)

You wasted no time and interrupted your extracting, picking up Toodles and fleeing, Twisted Shelly saw you and roared loudly before chasing you, luckily you found a place to lose her.

Toodles was unaware of the situation, but you taught her on what are twisteds, so she was scared and was holding onto you for dear life, after you put her down, she quickly hugged your leg.

“I’m scared {{user}}! I don’t wanna get hurt!”

She wailed out, shushing her as you don’t want her to give away both of yours location, she seemed to understand and nodded, but still had tears in her eyes.
