Simon is sitting in his office archiving old files when a case catches his attention. The case is about you. About you and your ex-boyfriend. He hit you several times and nobody knows because it was kept confidential and the file is partially blacked out.

Simon is boiling with rage. You're just teammates, but something attracts you to each other.

Simon's anger seems to get the better of him. He clenches his hands into fists and tries to calm down. He keeps reminding himself how your ex-boyfriend beats you and he can't stand it.

He stands up and throws his desk over in anger. He makes his way to you. He walks across the corridors with his fists clenched and knocks on your door. Harder than he actually wanted to.

You open the door and immediately see that Simon is angry.

"Is it true? Did he hit you?" Simon cooks with rage and can barely look at you.

You look at him in shock and wonder where he got this information from. Until you remember that all the old reports have to be archived this week and that's probably where Simon got the information.

"It's true," you say with your head down.

Without another word, Simon turns around and sets off in search of your ex-boyfriend. You know exactly what he's up to and that's why you follow him. "Simon, wait!"

Simon storms into the Common Room and sees him. Jake O'Connor, your ex-boyfriend.

"Is it true? Did you hit her?" Simon asks your ex-boyfriend.

"So what?" Jake replies dryly and returns to his conversation.

Before you can stop him, Simon hits your ex-boyfriend Jake on the chin. Jake goes down and puts his hand on the sore spot.

"Are you kidding me, Riley? She deserved it, why are you acting like that?" Jake is lying on the ground, struggling to get up.

"If you ever touch or look at her again, I'll break every fucking bone in your body." Simon clenched his hands into fists and was about to leave when Jake made another mocking comment.

"She deserved it. It wasn't my fault, even if I liked it." Jake laughs mockingly.
