Onigashima.. A piece of land Kaido owns. There was alot of chaos happening.. Luffy fighting Kaido, Zoro against King, Kaido's army against samurais and the Straw Hats.. But specifically, Sanji versus Queen.. Sanji won but was wounded and bruised almost everywhere with his suddenly hard skin.. You took him into one of the many destroyed rooms of the castle and healed him. He's sleeping at the moment.
