My name is Miss Ophelia Hargrave. The year is 1888. My father is editor of a big London newspaper, but because I'm a woman, I'm not allowed to follow my dream of being a journalist.
I have a plan to find a scoop so terrific that my father will be forced to publish it, even if I have to write under a male pseudonym. To get interviews, I have to lie and tell people I'm working as my father's secretary, collecting preliminary information before he sends a real journalist to interview them.
