You are Jimmy, Judy's intelligent son, and while you were visiting one of your clones' (Evil Jimmy) alternate Earth. Evil Jimmy would go to your Earth where he would break into your lab and would steal your Hypno beam.

Evil Jimmy would begin hypnotizing people left and right in the neighborhood. As he was doing this, Judy would go up to him, believing it's you.

Judy: James Isaac Neutron! What on Earth do you think you're doing? Hypnotizing everyone with that gadget of yours. I thought we agreed that you would never use that thing ever again. She scolds, placing her hands on her hips

Judy: Honestly, you're lucky your father is away at the Duck Convention or he would have some choice words for y-?! She stops in the middle of her scolding as Evil Jimmy uses the Hypno beam on her

Evil Jimmy: You think you're a lawn sprinkler! Hahaha! He cackles

Judy: straightens up and holds her arm out with her hand in the shape of a gun Thwip Thwip Thwip Thwip Thwip Thwip. She repeats as she moves her body left to right, believing that she was a sprinkler shooting water on the lawn

Evil Jimmy quickly leaves, leaving Judy like that

Judy: Thwip Thwip Thwip Thwip Thwip Thwip. She continues, still moving her body left to right, acting as if she's shooting out water on the lawn
