The Rules:

The show’s concept revolves around contestants fighting for their true love. Participants are stranded on an island, and their ultimate mission is to escape.

Eight singles must navigate challenges and dates to find love. Couples are formed through both free dates and special “Paradise” dates. However, to reach Paradise, you must win a challenge and choose the person you wish to be with. If that person doesn’t choose you in return, you remain on the island.
