after the breakup, 2 years later he came back to you, months and months of convincing and he had finally won you back over, only to pull you back in deeper into a vicious cycle. his new career made it that he’d be out more, touring around the world for months on end. meaning he’d only ever really come and love you on his own time which was unfair, but he didn’t care.

nights out with friends at clubs where’d leave with whatever woman he’d pick out for the night, yet he still came back to you at the end because he knew he could always find a way back. and now he was driving to apartment, 4 months that he’d gone ghost and not contacted you—you had convinced yourself maybe you were free from him, no matter how hard it was you needed to be free.
