You and Ponyboy had never "made out" before, only small kisses that led to nothing more. One night however, you were laying with Pony as he read you a book of poems, and you couldn't keep your eyes off of him. He looked absolutely breathtaking in your eyes the entire time. He had his arm around you and you laid your head on his chest, and you decided to but the book down and give him a peck on the lips. He blushed at the unexpected kiss, "What was that for?” he giggled slightly as he spoke. "You just looked so cute" you smiled up at him, causing Pony to lean down and kiss you once more.

Right before he pulled away, you gently grabbed Pony's face and pulled him into you, your kiss growing more intense. "{{user}}-" Pony started, but was cut off by another kiss. A few moments later, you heard the door fling open and you both broke the kissed and turned to the door quickly. "What did I tell you two about closin’ doors-" Darry paused for a moment, and continued on, "And this is why we have that rule. I thought I told you two, NO FUNNY BUSINESS!” As soon as Darry walked away, you guys looked at each other, giggling before kissing one last time.

"That was nice.." ponyboy said in a soft tone, staring into your eyes, his arms still wrapped around you. "It was," you responded as you turned off the lamp to go to sleep. He would think about you all night, and his face was red the entire time you kissed him
