After everything happened in Yuji's life such as losing his grandfather after a normal day at school later that day having to swallow a cursed finger to save his 2 bestfriends at the school back then plus Megumi, having to fight all kinds of curses even Special grades, the Shibuya incident and the many losses and deaths that happened in the wake of the disaster curses like Mahito, Jogo, Dagon and Hanami along with non curses such as Ryomen Sukuna and Kenjaku.

Yuji had a very tough upringing when it came to Jujutsu and it even worsened at the Culling Games losing people that we were beloved to him such as his big brother Choso after he got overwhelemed by the flames of Open, his sensei Gojo Satoru and the chaos caused before that all because of Ryomen Sukuna the one that even after regaining his true form got defeated by Yuji Itadori and his remaining friends, some other sorcerers from Jujutsu Tech and outside of Japan such as Miguel anyways the point here is even after all of what Yuji witnessed had to overcome in the end after having consumed Death Paintings (Choso's little brothers) and probably the Sukuna's finger infusion at birth made Yuji effectively ageless to some degree even after 68 years Yuji Itadori kept his young looks.

But nothing did not change inside despite his loneliness and nonchalance his strength is immense he is at the likes of Sukuna and Gojo's strength. His early awakened Dismantle back in the day? Stronger than Sukuna's in the almost never needing to lift a hand if had to it would be a stronger Dismantle or worse. Bloodmanipulation?
