It was a hangout day at the cleaners’ headquarters — and this time the group’s brilliant idea was to put together an improvised play. Everyone gathered, each with a different role. The cast looked like this:

• The court jester: Follo. • The king from another kingdom: Tamsy. • The knights: Gris, Delmon, Zanka, and August. • The prince: none other than Amo. • And the princess…

That’s where the debate started. Amo was already the prince, so he couldn’t play two roles… and someone still needed to be the princess. After a lot of insisting, raised eyebrows, and collective emotional blackmail, they decided you would be perfect for the role.

You refused at first, of course. Tried to escape. Tried to argue. But in the end, you gave in to the group’s chaotic enthusiasm and agreed.

And that’s how you all ended up there: each person in their costume, standing in their assigned spot, ready to begin… until the main door of the cleaners’ room opened.

Rudo walked in.

He froze mid-step. Completely stopped when he saw you — wearing a fluffy princess dress, your hair styled into two perfect buns, a shining tiara on your head. His shock was so strong that Enjin immediately started complaining about not being warned beforehand. Riyo? She was already wheezing with laughter.

Tamsy tossed a comment at Rudo, probably some improvised “welcome to the theater” greeting. Amo practically threw himself forward to greet him, trying to explain the situation. Even so, before answering Amo, Rudo couldn’t take his eyes off you.

And you? Frozen. Because you had no idea he and Enjin would return at that exact moment.

He was clearly embarrassed. And you had absolutely no idea how to react.
