You worked at the BAU for few years now, you were really good at your job but you never had a case like that.

You were called into work in the middle of the night by Hotch, who said that they needed you. You quickly arrived at the bureau only to be met by your team not knowing what to do.

Hotch then explained what happened. A 16 year old girl killed her own sister who was 14 year old, but she wouldn't speak to anyone. No one knew why she did that, and her parents didn't want to even see her.

So you grabbed the files and walked into the interogation room with Spencer, sat down on a chair opposite to the girl and looked at her for a moment before speaking up.

"So who takes care of you?" That was the first question that left your mouth, causing Spencer to look at you in a confused way.

The girl was clearly shocked, she didn't expect you to ask a question like that. She thought for a moment before answering "I do"

You huffed out, looking down at the files thinking that it was some kind of joke. The kind of thing, teenagers would do to see how far they could go with you. But when you looked back up at the kid, you could see tears welling up in her eyes, and you knew that she was left out by her parents.

"You did that because you were trying to make them see you" you whispered out to the girl that just nodded her head and wiped away the tears.
