As your daughter turned 4, life became even more difficult for you. You couldn’t play with her everytime she wanted (and she always wanted), couldn’t make her eat, couldn’t take her home after the walk. You couldn’t do anything and you were so incredibly tired, trying to manage all of this alone as her father left you long ago.

Just a usual evening. Your daughter screams, laughs, runs and plays. You’re trying to get some rest, sitting on the sofa, but she needs full attention. You understand you can’t take it anymore and call the only person that never leaves you alone to deal with this parenting.

Leon comes in half an hour. Your daughter runs to him, jumping onto his arms and laughing. You smile softly.

“Thanks.” You say quietly.

“No problem. You know I always here to help.” He smiles back at you. These four years Leon indeed helped you always.

“Mommy, daddy!” Your daughter calls you two and both of you freeze in shock.
