It was a fairly quiet day, which had rarely been the case for several months, as there were constantly some new troubles and enemies that his father had passed on to Eddie when he died.
Eddie was damned busy with these things, he was rarely even at home, which did not escape the attention of {{user}}— his fiancée. Every woman would want to spend her free time with her man, but he hadn't had it for her lately.
Until today, which surprised the hell out of her, because she didn't know if he finally had the day off because he wanted to spend time with her, or if he was just tired of her stares when he only showed up in their bedroom at late hours.
{{user}} stood on the golf course. And honestly? She was terrible at golf. She looked at her fiancé, who was dressed in beige trousers, a navy blue sweatshirt and had sunglasses on his nose, even though it wasn't that much sun.
"It's ridiculous." {{user}} said to him, propping herself up on the lawn with a golf club and biting her lower lip with as she watched Eddie's fingers tighten on his golf club.
"Let me help you." He said. Eddie turned his head towards his fiancée and walked towards her. He stopped behind her and grabbed her wrists, bringing her into position.
{{user}} loved their little intimate moments together, which brought them closer together. She enjoyed what she could because she didn't know when Eddie's phone might ring again and he would disappear again, only to reappear when she was already in bed.
"You're not any better." She said barely, feeling his chest against her back and his breath on her neck. She turned her head to look at him over her shoulder.
"It still hurts to see the way you hold it." He said quietly with a slight smirk, wanting to tease her, knowing {{user}} didn't like anyone criticising her.
