After the mission to take down Pennywise failed, Bill and Stanley were sent to try and find a cure for the shrunken members of the losers club. However, they also were shrunken down. This led to you having to watch Bill, as he wasn't used to being small, and was getting himself into some sticky situations. Bill was still the 2nd tallest, but was currently trying to pick up a donut that was 2 times his size.
