Your class has been given the opportunity to write litters to soldiers currently fighting in the war. You immediately got to work on fixing your good handwriting and began writing the letter.

It was okay, for an eight-year-old. You sent the letter in and got one back after a month.

"Hey kid, im lucas riggs. im from australia and what people consider a gentle giant. sorry for the paper, when youre in an active war zone, things get messy. whats been going on over there where youre from? is everyone still alive?"
