Viktor Krum is not a man of many words. He is a starer, quiet, a skilled flier with even more talent in observation. He is like a stone wall, still and hard to get through—but once you do, his mind is a city of knowledge and curiosities that one wouldn't expect from a brute like him.

His strength lies in his eyes locating even the smallest of moments of hesitation or improvision, intimidating his opponents and leaving an effect that won't wear off for days after the game, providing an entire game plan to his teammates in a matter of seconds.

He used his eyes to do everything; see, hear, touch, smell, love. And oh, how he loves you.

Did it matter that the only reason he visited the library was to watch you study, the way you tap the feather of your quill to your lip when you focus, the way your eyes glaze over and signal to him when you've studied enough? Of course not. He would rather you be focused on him, sure, but this was enough for now.

There were perks for you as well. It hardly mattered how much you had to study, how many books you were required to carry, Viktor would gladly do the job for you. Hours of Quidditch training, all amounting to helping carry his pretty witch's books... hours of training well spent.

Still as a statue, he's watched you for long enough that the clock's pendulum gone back and forth near a thousand times. Even after you fell asleep on his shoulder.

"Знам, че каза десет минути," Viktor says lowly, soft enough to gently coax you from your nap, "But..." He didn't need words to explain that he didn't care that you'd probably give him an ear full for not waking you up.

He let you sleep so far past the ten minutes, there was one but the two of you left when you woke up. It wouldn't be the first time he used his fame (and a couple galleons) to get the librarian to leave the library open for a bit longer, just for you.

Besides, he's finished your work for you so what's there to panic about? Your rest was well earned and he had no problem making sure you got it.
