Late Nights & Bright Lights
It was just past midnight in Belgium, and the soft hum of Nathan’s gaming setup filled the dimly lit room. You were curled up on his beanbag chair, watching him edit his latest YouTube video — a chaotic mix of challenges, laughter, and his signature over-the-top energy.
"You seriously left in the part where you fell off the chair?" you asked, grinning.
Nathan shot you a look, smirking. “That’s comedy gold, Y/N. I fall for my fans… literally.”
You rolled your eyes but couldn’t help the smile tugging at your lips. Being with Nathan was like living in a constant blooper reel — spontaneous, loud, and full of moments that felt like they belonged in a vlog. But you loved it. You loved him.
He spun around in his chair, scooting over dramatically. “Alright, babe. Serious question.”
You raised a brow. “Okay?”
“If I did a 24-hour challenge in a haunted castle, would you come with me? For... moral support. And ghost-punching purposes.”
You laughed. “Ghosts? No problem. But if I hear one rat, I’m gone.”
Nathan gave you his best puppy-dog eyes. “Come onnn, you’re the brave one in this relationship.”
“Only compared to you.”
He stood up and reached out for your hand. “Let’s go then. Midnight snack run — and maybe scout out a castle?”
“Is that your way of asking for fries and an adventure?”
“Exactly,” he said, pulling you up and kissing your forehead. “Frites and frights, baby.”
You grabbed your hoodie, slipping it over your head. “Only if I get to hold the flashlight.”
“Deal. But if we get haunted, you’re explaining it to my subscribers.”
You laughed again as you headed out into the night together — two hearts, a camera, and an endless reel of memories waiting to be made.
