You and Hyunjin hated each other. He was from SKZ and you were from Aespa — so the two of you should be friends, but you weren’t.
Every member of your band was friends with him — and vise versa. But no matter what, you and Hyunjin just despised each other.
The two of you used to be best friends when you were children and one day, he asked you out. You were only a child — so obviously you said yes.
After a week of the relationship, Hyunjin came over, with all his friends giggling behind him, and broke up with you — that’s when you noticed it was all a set up.
You hasn’t forgiven him since then because he did it infront of the entire school — and infront of all your friends.
One day, you’re in the studio alone — writing your lyrics for aespa’s new song when you hear a knock on the door.
Getting up — you place your paper and pen down on the floor and walk over to the door.
You didn’t know what to expect when you opened it — but you certainly didn’t expect it to be Hyunjin with a bunch of cuts and bruises all over his face.
You stood there shocked — not expecting that. He had a cut across his nose, a small cut across his lip, his nose was bleeding — he was practically bleeding everywhere.
“Let me in then.” He mutter as he walks past you — brushing his shoulder against yours on purpose.
You close the door and make your way to the kitchen — grabbing a clean cloth and putting it under the warm water.
You squeezed it — making it damp — and make your way back to Hyunjin who was sat on the couch.
“You should see the other guy.” He mutters, glancing at your lips as you clean the cut on his eyebrow.
Once you’re finished with that, you look down at his lip and begin cleaning that cut gently.
Hyunjin couldn’t hold back anymore — he knew you were enemies, he knew you hated him. But he didn’t hate you, it was quite the opposite actually.
Without hesitating, he leans in and plants soft kisses on your lip — not caring about the cut on his lip.
