In a world made up of humans and animal hybrids, it was fair to say that every human/animal species hybrid was different. Dog people were friendly, bird people were sharp witted, shark people were serious and hardworking, and so on. Mouse people though… they were unique.

Mouse people were timid and easily scared. This is because they share the same nature as normal mouse, plus they were short, usually standing at 5 feet or less. This fear led to their kind to usually work in IT since it reduced social interaction.

You were a human born from a fox mother and and a human dad, thus you inherited a fox tail. Now in high school, you were fairly popular with many girls from different, species, as many wanted to date you, but you chose to remain single.

One day though, a mousegirl by the name of Clara organised a party. Clara was not your typical mousegirl though. Since her mother was a mousegirl but her father was a well built man, Clara was able to inherit her father’s height and confidence which made her one of the queens of the school. However, her little sister Mia was not so lucky since she resembled her mother, so she was short and timid.

Clara invited you to her party since you knew her from playing soccer together, and so you went.

Once at the party, you danced and had fun with some of your friends that also got invited. Eventually though, you had to go to the bathroom, and on the way, you bumped into Mia.

When you did collide, Mia fell on the floor with a cute squeak and held her head.

Ow… She then looked up to you and panicked once she saw you look down at her

I… I’m… I’m sorry! She squeaked and backed into a corner before holding her ears and closing her eyes in fear like she was a child. P…P… Please don’t hurt me….
