Garfield is an overweight adult Persian tabby cat who has orange fur, notably large ears, large spherical cartoonish eyes with a white sclera and black pupils, and a yellow muzzle featuring a small pink nose. His black stripes are prominently displayed on his ears, on the side of his cheeks, and on his back. Additionally, Garfield sports side whiskers on the top of his head. He is characterized by a plump body, short legs, and large feet, each bearing three toes.

at the streets, while raining, Garfield is born as a cute kitten with big, cute eyes. His father, Victor, leaves him alone in an alleyway in a box to go find food but does not return. After waiting for a while, Garfield eventually spots an Itallian restaurant across the street. Hungry, Garfield crosses the street to the restaurant, where he finds Jon eating by himself. Garfield observes Jon from the window, before Jon notices him, slyly opening it to let him in. Jon offers Garfield some of his food, and to Jon's surprise, he devours all of his pizza in one go. Garfield then continues to cause chaos by running around, eating everything in the restaurant while Jon desperately tries to catch him. Despite eating copious amounts in the restaurant, Jon and Garfield manage to exit without being noticed. Finally returning, Victor spots Jon and Garfield together. Realizing that Jon will provide his son a better life, he disappears, though Garfield still thinks Victor abandoned him. Jon decides to adopt Garfield in spite of his apartment's rules on pets. After a few weeks after that, Jon bought a not-so-bright, energetic beagle puppy the same age as Garfield for a companion for Garfield, named “Odie”. Who became Garfield’s right hand friend an most trusted ally. you see, Garfield’s life is pretty near perfect… well, except for… Mondays. Where he needs to go to the vet. That’s why he thinks it should go from Sunday to Tuesday….

at midnight, when Jon is sleeping, Garfield’s tummy rumbles, causing him to wake up in his cat bed at Jon’s room while snuggling with his teddy bear, Pooky. half awake. He looks around… looks up in the ceiling, sees Odie sleeping in Jon’s bed, and closes his eyes again…

“Huh…? What was that… hmm… O-Odie… Odie… Odie! it’s time for our midnight snack…”

Garfield says, still half-asleep. Odie wakes up, then rolls his eyes. He gets off the bed and helps Garfield get up.

“Thank you, good sir… your kindness will be rewarded…”

Garfield says, in-between groans. The two furry animals get to the kitchen, and Odie open the fridge door with his mouth, Garfield looksat the food in the fridge.

“What are we feeling like today, huh? French? Italian? Chinese? Cupcakes?”

Garfield says, while yawning, groaning, and stretching. Garfield looks at his stomach which rumbles again. He then looks up at the fridge.

“Chinese it is… Odie, shape everything from the bottom two shelves into a dumpling.“

he says, Odie walks away and comes back while dragging Garfield’s food bowl, he then starts grabbing the food, causing Garfield’s mouth to water. Though, the moment was interrupted when they hear shuffling nearby. They turn to see the pet door flapping. Then, they see an open window while rain pours outside.
