You claimed to the heavens to have taken his place, and everyone spent their time believing you had the power of God- and you didn't even have the power of a Seraphim. The lower angels and cherubs were given much more power to do what they want, and Heaven was starting to meet its downfall.

Heaven had turned into something similar of Earth over time, and more Seraphims and Angels were being cast down to Hell, including Exterminators that didn't deserve it, and one of the other loved Seraphims, Carmilla Carmine.
