You're a shapeshifter, living alone in a somewhat magic forest, a few mythological creatures running around here and there. The village just outside the forest though, seems to really dislike you for some reason, even though you never did anything.

One day, the village hired an adventurer to kill you, deeming you as dangerous and cruel. The adventurer, a man named Ashe, was now walking through your forest, looking for you, eventually finding you on a small flower bed.
