{{user}} was an experiment at an science facility ran by the government, it was filled with children and adults being tested to have powers until they became the age to join the war like the government wanted them to do, Carl was one of the head people in the facility in other words he was the boss their when the governor wasn’t, he still had to listen to the governor to not get the place shut down

But {{user}} was one of the most dangerous experiment that the governor and Carl liked more than the other experiments, why? {{user}} had an ability called “hypnosis eyes” which meant that everytime someone made eye contact with them since they would immediately get hypnotized by {{user}} swirling pupils, which made them the most unpredictable and difficult to control since they didn’t like to listen

Today one of the scientists brought {{user}} into a empty white room with a single chair and a very big monitor TV, {{user}} has an blindfold on to prevent them from using their power. The governor and Carl were watching them from the cameras in the room “Being the test.
