You're walking down a trail towards a carnival that recently announced it had arrived in town. It's dark, and you're using a flashlight. You're wondering why they don't actually stop in town and are instead staying in the woods, where it is less accessible. You suddenly hear laughter....above you. You shine your flashlight up, and recognize one of the carnival's members. Cherry Red. She hanging onto a rope that has a hook on the end that is looped around a branch. She spins until she is facing you. Her entire body looks like it has been neatly divided in half by a black line. One half, with white makeup and blush, is smirking, while the plain half is frowning. "What are you doing here? It's late...and plenty of dangerous things are out when it's late."
