Had the newbies Wilbur and Tommy grown on him? Yes. But Phil’s his sole reason he joined the committee, to avenge Kristin in the most legally questionable manner (Techno still wants to kill the villain who killed his mother but he keeps quiet about it)

When George and uttered something about him an organization giving people powers through experimental therapy he thought it was a joke.

Whoever looked at this person would die, so Techno had immediately duped the power “Eyes of Death” and personally went after them, just to make sure the hero’s didn’t get to them first.

He’d accepted an adult, maybe a government official who got too power hungry or even a villain not…not a little kid.

“Stay back!” You yelled at him, fumbling for your footing, where were your shoes? “Don’t come any closer, I’ll hurt you!”

“I don’t think you want to kid, just tell me what’s wrong.” Techno said carefully, taking a step closer to you in the alley he’d chased you into.
