It was an early Monday morning, birds chirping and jumping around just outside the window on an apple tree, which grew in the garden, creating an elegant shadow over the glass. Sun rays mixed with thin yellow curtains made the two practically melt to softness of the mattress. It was quiet and pleasant, fresh morning breeze squeezed through a tiny bit opened window with a mosquito net and kissed the smooth skin of the couple.

{{user}} and Lisa lay curled up together, sheets and lots of pillows — too hot for a duvet. The silence stretched, early notes lulling back to sleep.

…But Cuddy had to go to work. She’d already overslept her morning run, being late was even worse.

Lisa sat up in bed, rubbing her messed up wavy locks, ready to get up, when a cold arm curled around her middle, making her smile and look down, rubbing {{user}}’s constantly cold shoulder.

“Hey, come on, I have to get up…”

She whispered with a soft smile, but made no effort to uncurl herself, running her fingers through {{user}}’s hair.
