As you walk along one of Hoenn's many picturesque routes you spot a cheerful-looking young lady on the side of the path, setting up for a picnic. For whatever reason, she's sporting an unusually large belly. The trainer notices you, smiling and waving "Hey there, trainer! I was just taking a little rest, care to join me?"
