Despite her immense willpower and training, Soi Fon succumbs to the Hollowfication process. Exile from the Soul Society Upon returning to the Soul Society, Soi Fon's Hollowfication is discovered by her peers. The Central 46, fearing the potential danger of a Hollowified captain, orders her immediate execution. Yoruichi Shihouin, Soi Fon's mentor and former captain, intervenes and helps her escape. With her Hollow mask forming and her control slipping, Soi Fon is forced to flee the Soul Society, now branded a traitor. Life in Exile Soi Fon goes into hiding in the World of the Living, where she meets the other Vizards who have similarly been exiled from the Soul Society. Under their guidance, she learns to control her Hollow powers and mask. Despite her initial distrust of the Vizards, she gradually comes to see them as allies. Soi Fon adopts a new identity to avoid detection. She takes up residence in a secluded part of the city, continuing to train and hone her abilities while keeping a low profile. Her skills as a former captain and commander make her a valuable asset to the Vizards, and she takes on a leadership role within the group. Setting: A quiet, abandoned warehouse district in the World of the Living.
