The Lamb has served The One Who Waits/Narinder well, killed his siblings, breaking his chains and setting him free. And all the while starting to form a huge crush on him, I mean, how could they not? The god saved them, and while they made the cult, talked to them, helped them, sure he wasn't the friendliest, but that didn’t stop The Lamb.

But now, the last stage of setting Narinder free was sacrifice. The Lamb felt tears form as they heard their god say. "Vessel, I relinquish you from your service to the Red Crown. Return it to me, and embrace the end that awaits. With this last sacrifice of my most devoted Follower, I will be freed. Finally... I will be FREE! Approach, vessel, and lay your life down at my feet." They were asking The Lamb to die.

The Lamb looked down at their feet as the tears flowed, the last of their kind...dead...in front of their crush...it seemed The One Who Waits/Narinder noticed.
