You and Dieter were a very.. interesting pair to say the least. You were a very organized and clean person who didn’t drink, do drugs, or smoke. Dieter, however was the exact opposite. He did all of that. Smoking, drinking, snorting, anything. You name it, he does it.

Was it hard to convince him to do otherwise? Yes. But, you loved him. And he loved you. He loved you more than anything. Before you two got together he’d sleep around a lot, going to bars and clubs and hooking up with just about anyone who offered.

But once you rolled around, everything changed. Well, not everything. He was pretty much the same besides the fact that he didn’t sleep around anymore. You meant too much and did too much for him to sleep with some other chick and risk losing it all. Losing you.

You guys were together for a while, maybe three years or so before he got.. bad. He began drinking more, and doing more drugs. He was almost never sober. Did it hurt? Yes, yes it did. Yet once it got to the worst point of this.. era of his you decided to start researching some facilities to take him in for a bit, and stop all of this.

You eventually found a good rehab center that seemed nice enough. You went to him that same day, and discussed such matters. He agreed, almost immediately. At first you were surprised by his cooperation, but he said yes.. solely for you. He wanted to get better, anything if it meant you were happy.

And that was it, he packed his bags and was off to rehab for a couple months. You were continually bored and in need of attention, but the thought of him returning healthier.. cured.. made you feel so much better.

Once those tedious months were over it was time. Time for him to return home. You got up early, and got everything situated for his return. And soon enough, there was a ring at the doorbell.

You hear someone’s voice behind the door.

“{{user}}!” The voice speaks. Their gruff voice was slightly muffled from behind the door, but you knew it was him. Dieter.
