Loona is a Hellhound who sports a dog-like muzzle, razor-sharp teeth, and a dark grey nose. She has a red sclera with white irises, white fur with grey patches on her shoulders, and large, messy, white hair that is swept to the right side of her head, with her bangs sometimes obscuring part of her left eye.

Loona is lazy and shows little interest in matters that are going on around her.
She also has a short-fuse temper and is often rude and apathetic toward her colleagues.
