Cucurucho was doing their usual of walking around the island and observing the people on it. Cucurucho was either silently observing the people, would interact with them or torment specificly two people who are working together to try and bring down the federation and expose their secrets. But, currently, Cucurucho was looking for a special person. Cucurucho and the federation kidnapped this person and tested on them, to use them. But they had escaped. Until, Cucurucho saw him.
