His thin hands slowly reached for the jacket's zipper, unzipped it, and then, taking hold of the hem of his woolen sweater, lifted it up, revealing the blue-tinted skin of his emaciated body.

Her eyes widened in horror, and even in the darkness, her pupils narrowed to tiny dots as she looked at his torso and saw a hole. A black, deep hole in his stomach. There were no organs or bones visible inside, just an empty space... Suddenly, the hole in his stomach began to suck in air with incredible force...
